Booking Policy:

When booking online, please enter your credit card number, and create a login. New Clients, please select “New Client” when booking and fill out Intake form!

Call or Text to book/ Contact me directly at 901-626-4708 to book over the phone. Your full name, cell phone number, email and credit card information are required to have your massage appointment. The time scheduled just for you, is why I require card on file to guarantee your appointment. Also, same day booking is only available two hours in advanced.

If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay for your service in advanced. The cancellation/no-show policy will still apply.

Cancellation Policy:

As a sole practitioner, 100% of my income comes from my valued clients(that’s you!).

There is a 24-hour minimum notice required for ALL cancellations and rescheduling! When you cancel on short notice, my livelihood is jeopardized. You’re also taking an appointment away from someone else who could benefit from my care.

You will be notified of your appointment 48-hours ahead of your appointment via email and text. Failure to cancel/reschedule 24-hours prior will result in 100% in treatment costs! Cancellation or NO Show before treatment will result in 100% charge fee.

The Lone exception: If you fill your spot, I will waive the fee.

It’s not a punishment; it’s protection of my most valuable resource—my time. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities!

The Good News? I honor my policy with a 30% discount on your next visit, If I ever cancel on you SHORT notice (less than 24 hours). I Value your time and require the same in kind.

Arriving Late:

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to get the full-time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible for paying the full length of the session you requested.
