Do You Accept Insurance?
No. Unfortunately, I do not. However I am happy to provide a receipt for you so that you can file it for yourself.

What are My Payment Options?
I except payment by cash, cards, or Venmo!
Note: I MUST have a credit card on file when you book your first appointment!

Do You Sell Gift cards?
Yes.
I will simply invoice you, put the invoice # on gift card so that it will match when presented at time of payment.

Do I Have to Take My Clothes off?
Well That Depends!
If you’re on the table, you will want to undress to your comfort level. I’ve treated clients who are in the nude to fully clothed and everywhere between. I will work with you to accommodate any needs you may have regarding draping and body positioning to ensure that you always feel safe and secure.
Note: Draping for private areas is required by law in the Sate of Tennessee! No exposure.

Do I have to sign a consent form for Cupping?
Yes! It’s for your protection and mine as well. It lets me know you are okay to have cupping done without any contraindications. I mean certain types of medications, pacemaker, stints or any other health related issues that may be concerning!

Do You Have a Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation Policy:
There is a 24-hour minimum notice required for ALL cancellations and rescheduling! Also, when you cancel last minute or fail to notify, someone else is missing the opportunity to have relief from pain.
You will be notified of your appointment 48-hours ahead of your appointment via email and text. Failure to cancel/reschedule 24-hours prior will result in 50% in treatment costs! ALSO, Cancellation or NO Show 1-2 Hours before treatment will result in 100% charge fee.
Arriving Late:
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to get the full-time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible for paying the fulALSO, Cancellation or NO Show 1-2 Hours before treatment will result in 100% charge fee.l length of the session you requested.
